1. All areas are equipped with oil cups or existing relative movements, such as guide rails, screws and screw mandrels, etc., should be lubricated.

2. At all lubricant stations, emulsion stations, the oil level should be more concerned and clearly pointed out a fixed time to avoid being blocked. And the lubricant should add a fixed time to protect

Hold a certain density. If they have deteriorated, the worse part should be in the clearance time. Oil should be filtered for half a year, and no other dirty things are allowed to enter.

3. After 1500 hours of work, each gearbox should be opened and cleared and filled with new oil to ensure the oil level is in the correct location.

4. If the machine has not been used for a long time, some of the existing relative motion should be sprayed with oil. Rolling stations for bevel gears and bearings should be filled with a certain amount of lubricant to avoid rusting.

5. Cooling water should be provided continuously; otherwise, the crystallizing wheel will be damaged.

6. If the load increases suddenly or the material piles up, cut the pin securely to the shaft.
